My name is Margaret "Peggy" Feehan and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Using evidence-based interventions, I provide individual therapy to adolescents, adults, and families. I have experience treating a variety of needs including depression, anxiety, trauma, dissociation, family relational challenges, women's issues, identity concerns,
faith crises, grief/loss, and life transitions/stressors.
I obtained my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I have been trained in, and utilize, Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), EMDR, structural dissociation theory, and other trauma-informed care modalities. I am working towards becoming certified in EMDR.
I believe that it takes courage to ask for help. I seek to offer clients a safe, non-judgmental, person-centered environment, where they can heal and grow. I am passionate about being able to provide individuals with the tools they need to overcome challenges and be able to use these resources for the rest of their lives. Each individual is unique and so are their needs and desires. As your therapist, I am
committed to helping you recognize, and accept, your intrinsic worth in order to make changes that lead to a happier and more fulfilling life.
My objective is to provide the best services possible. In order to do so, I will maintain the trust and confidentiality of my adolescent clients and their parents. Therefore, please be aware that I do not write letters to the court for attorneys or make recommendations for visitation or custody arrangements. All parents and guardians need to be aware of this and signatures will need to be acquired before their children participate in therapy.
